  1. An item I want to order is not listed on your website? - That's no problem, just contact me to let me know the item you are interested and I will let you know how soon I can make it. Mostly I can do custom orders within 7 to 10 days.
  2. My Order has not arrived.  - All orders are sent 2nd Class Postage via Royal Mail and proof of postage is obtained. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions page and contact me to let me know so I can follow up with the post office. Please allow 30 days for your refund. 
  3. My order was damaged - Please send me a photo of the damage to your order and I will happily accept the item back and will issue a full-refund. 
  4. I've got an idea for a new product - I love working with customers to create new products! Please contact me to discuss your requirements.
